Hi I would like to get an Incident Report for the Fire that happened in our community on December 12, 2023 in Brgy 105 Happy Land Tondo Manila. I submitted a claim to our company and they are requiring me to get an Incident Report from the Bureau of Fire Protection. Hoping for your quick response. Thank you
