You asked for Incidence of End Stage Renal Disease, attached herewith are data as follows:
a. Incidence and prevalence of Dialysis Patients, 2012-2016
b. Number of dialysis patients according to Region and Mode of Dialysis,2016
c. Distribution of Kidney Transplant Patients, 2016
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected].
