I was accused on this website in public of having "Improper Motives" as an excuse to deny my FOI Request for the name of the Decision Maker who had denied y previous FOI Request, by knowingly making false Imputations about my Citizenship Status to deny a lawful FOI Request. I have been requesting for nearly 1 1/2 years to be advised of the "Improper Motives" I was being accused of, and I Requested three times under FOI for the same. Last night you marked my FOI Request for the "Improper Motives" as "SUCCESSFUL" and attached a Resolution of a Criminal Case I filed against CALIAO and AGDA
I have been trying to work out all night where in the attached Resolution is the "Improper Motives" then I realized it is not contained in the Resolution, but the case I filed, and that is why you have attached it as your answer to "What are the Improper Motives you accuse me of". So is this correct what you are trying to say; that you did not want to release the name of the Decision Maker (which is required by law for you to give) who Denied my previous FOI Request by using knowingly false imputations about my Citizenship Status, as I may take future legal action for knowingly using false imputations to deny me my legal and Constitutional Rights, and you considered that seeking Justice and reporting a crime an "Improper Motive" ?
Good Day Sir/Ma'am Please be informed that your FOI request was received by PRO9 FOI section. Thank You. Respectfully, PRO9 FOI Receiving Officer
