Hi! I would like to request for information about the vehicles that is still impounded at LTFRB. DOJ stated on June 7, 2023 that LTFRB has no power to impound colorum vehicles yet they are still asking for the full payment of the penalty for the vehicle. I wanted to know if this is even a legal thing to do and if LTFRB still have the right to receive the payments?
