Dear Sir/Ma'am:
I apologize for the delayed response. On 12 March 2018, I directly replied to [email protected], which was the e-mail address your good office used to send to me your clarificatory questions.
I intend to use the certified true copy of Resolution No. 2009-001 for documentation and research purposes, considering that it is not readily accessible, upon verifying with the Department of Health's (DOH) website and inquiring from the DOH's Pharmaceutical Division.
In any case, I will appreciate it if your good office will provide a scanned copy of said Resolution.
Thank you for your prompt response. Hoping for your kind consideration on my request.
Sincerely,
Sara Mae D. Mawis
