I requested via eFOI from the Malacanang Records Office/Official Gazette, a copy of the IRR of RA 10821 and the MRO replied that I request the document from DSWD.
Formally, may I request a copy of the IRR of RA 10821?
May I suggest also po that a copy be sent to Malacanang so that it can be published in the Official Gazette for public reference.
