Hi. I would like to request for the implementing rules snd regulations, lists of qualifications, and documents required needed for the livelihood assistance. A DSWD rep here in our Barangay told me that the target for the new livelihood assistance program are those who received the SAP1 and SAP2. She told me today that one of the documents needed is a certication that one is looking for a job during this CoVid 19 pandemic, and that one should list all the expenses while looking for a job, like medical expenses, traveling expenses, NBI renewal fees, etc.
