Good day! I am Janelle Tiu, the research assistant of Dr. Myrna Austria, a full-time economics professor in DLSU-Manila. We are currently working on a study that examines the gaps of RCEP commitments and the current regulations we have in the Philippines, particularly on investments. With this, we would like to ask for the latest draft or final copy of the implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act No. 11659 or An Act Amending Commonwealth Act No. 146, otherwise known as the Public Services Act.
