Hi, I would like to know what are the implementing rules and regulations on holiday pay for regular holidays falling on weekends. Ex. is November 30, 2019, Bonifacio day, which was on a Saturday. I read that employees should receive a holiday pay equivalent to 100% of their daily rate. I would like to know if this is applicable to all employees, if not, what are the implementing rules and regulations for this benefit. Thank you. Sincerely, Zarah Miclat
