I would like to request the particular document as I cannot seem to retrieve it online or from the website of the Bureau of Secondary Education as indicated in DepED Order No. 46, 2012.
Specifically, I need the Implementing Guidelines as a basis for my legal framework in my Architectural Thesis that involves a secondary level institution for the arts.

I am a 5th Year BS Architecture student from the University of Santo Tomas and am currently undergoing my thesis entitled: REIMAGINING EDUCATION ARCHITECTURE: Transforming pedagogical design for a specialized learning facility for contemporary art.
The corresponding output is an architectural project proposal and presentations that consist of design solutions that contribute to education architecture for the arts.
The specific information I am requesting is to substantiate my technical data presentation, wherein I would need to be aware if there are any pertinent codes, standards, or guidelines in terms of physical facilities and equipment that I would need to consider in designing an architectural project related to the said program.
