Good day! I would like to ask information whether the Net Metering Rules under ERC Resolution 09, if the same is already enforceable, implementable and demandable without further need for the LGU to enact an Ordinance in connection the same. What is the role of the LGU or what may the LGU do to help facilitate the implementation Net Metering to help its constituents using sustainable energy sells back to its Distribution Utility, the power generated from his equipment and transferred into the grid of the Distribution Utility?
