Hi, I would like to request data on the total number of enrollees in all State Universities and Colleges, including Local Universities and Colleges. I seek to understand the impact of RA10931 on the accessibility of tertiary education in the Philippines. My questions are: Q1. To what extent did the enrollment of undergraduate students in SUCs increase? Q2. How many of these new enrollees in SUCs were previously enrolled in Private HEI? Q3. How many total Filipinos benefit from RA10931?
