3 March 2020 Dear Ms. Therese Buergo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 2 March under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You requested for data on number of children orphaned, rescued, or killed in incidences involving anti-drug operations within Metro Manila since the start of this administration's campaign against illegal drugs in 2016. Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. Data on the administration’s campaign against illegal drugs may be available from the Philippine National Police (PNP), Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) and/or the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA). Hence, you may wish to direct your request to them by submitting a request to them via this portal. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D. BAUTISTA at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City.
