Dear Ms. Deanna,

   Please be informed that currently, the IRR is still being formulated and drafted by the Agencies concerned.

   RA 11210 or the 105 Day Expanded Maternity Leave Law provides that the IRR be issued within 60 days from the effectivity of the law.

   The IRR will be available as soon as the same is approved and signed.
