I would like to request for the IIAP exam result of Jay Ar Musni Estell. It was around 2018 - 2019.
It will be used as his requirement for licensing.

Thank you for getting back to me.
We would like to check if he has passed the Traditional Insurance Exam. I am not sure if he took the exam from IIAP or from IC. If the exam result is available, how can we have a copy of it?

You asked for Exam Result.
Response to Request
In relation to your request, please be advised that you may visit the Licensing Division or send an email at [email protected] to request for a Certification of Agent's Qualifying Examination Result. In order to process the said request, you are required to: 1) Set an appointment with the Insurance Commission-Head Office through the IC Appointment Reservation System which can be accessed through https://web.insurance.gov.ph/icare/login ; 2) submit a request letter indicating your examination details such as date, place, insurance company, and the type of examination taken, and 3) to pay a certification fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00). Please also be informed that you will be required to submit a copy of your government-issued identification card for verification.
Please note that this Commission can only issue a certification of examination administered by this Commission.
