Hi,

I would like to file an official complaint against an online seller who is currently using this account on instagram”theauthenticitems”.

I ordered two bags in February  this year and paid 87k pesos via bank transfer to her account with Union Bank, account number 109485326292, her name is Mylene S. Gonzales.  I didn’t received the items  till date and I’ve been promised a refund but to date I didn’t received any amount.  She keeps promising me every week for the last 8 months and I’m now at the point of seeking legal advise. I have the proof of transfer and communications with her.
