My intenstion is to help you by giving a suggestion. hindi pag palaki ng plaka ang solution its is the time for us to do for us now to make innovation for not only for to our country but also a great innovation for human raise this is a great edge to fight againts crime i suggest to make i high powered sensor for the bar code of each motor cycle doon sa bar code nakalagay ang pag ka kilanlan ng isang rider na ididikit sa helmet or may isang kailangan soot ang isang motor cycle rider so un sensor na un pwede syang ilagay sa taas ng stop light or poste.
