Hi! I would like to request for the information regarding my credit score. I have credit from Metro Bank Corporation way back 2015 but I have already paid it in full. I would like to know if this has a negative impact in my credit history standing. Thank you!

We are pleased to inform you that you may now obtain your CIC Credit Report online, together with your credit score, through CIBI Information Inc. which is one of our accredited credit bureaus. Just send an email to them at [email protected] with the following requirements: 1. One primary ID (SSS, TIN, or GSIS) – A physical ID is NOT required; just the numbers will do. 2. One secondary ID (UMID, driver’s license, postal ID, passport, company ID, PhilHealth ID, VIN, PRC ID, NBI, police clearance, barangay clearance/certification, or PWD ID) – A soft copy of the secondary ID is needed for verification CIBI’s Customer Service Executive will email you the consent form for your signature, as well as the schedule of your online identity validation/Know-Your-Client (KYC) process for security purposes and the fee to be paid.
