hi good morning, just want to know if how i can claim my arrival sticker receipt as i forgot to claim it upon my arrival last April 24, 2023 from the other window as no one instructed me to do so as it was my 1st time to used an electronic entry.

May 10, 2023 Dear REY PEÑAREDONDO, I refer to my letter of May 09, 2023 08:10:25 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for i forgot to claim my arrival sticker receipt while arriving in the phils. In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please kindly provide the following information: a. Name appearing in the passport; b. Date of Birth; c. Passport Number; d. Date and Time of arrival; e. Port of Entry (Airport); f. Flight Number; and g. Airline. In particular, it would be helpful to know the above-mentioned information.
