Greetings, My fellow real estate broker informed me that he received an email with an AMLAC questionnaire which he needs to fill up before the deadline on August 31, 2023. To my knowledge, I did not receive a similar email. I am worried because in my friend's email, he told me that the AMLAC email mentions about penalties if he does not comply with the AMLAC questionnaire. Can you help me on this if I also need to fill up a similar questionnaire? Thank you.

August 30, 2023 Dear Mr. Panganiban, We refer to your letter of Aug 27, 2023 04:40:33 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for I did not receive an AMLAC questionnaire.
