Good morning Ma, My name is AGI WISDOM, My colleagues and I who graduated from the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta (UPHSD) under the sponsorship of the Nigerian Maritime and Safety Agencies (NIMASA), wish to bring to your notice that the school have refused to give us our graduating honors which we deserve. We have all the academic qualifications to be merited for this honors we applied for, yet they still deny us of what we are qualified for.
