Hi! I'm Given Dave Layos currently working on a thesis proposal regarding site selection for water harvesting in the upper catchment of the Guadalupe River Basin. Part of my study will be the hydroclimatic description of the study area. In lieu with this, may I respectfully request for the following information about my study area from the starting period of your climatic recording until the present, or any historical data available: 1. Mean Annual Rainfall 2. Average annual maximum temperature 3. Mean annual minimum temperature Thank you and more power!

In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request. As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jun 03, 2020. You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
