I am Alexis Matel D. Carlos, a Master of Public Administration Student at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and a fellow worker in government. I am currently working on my thesis proposal on training and development and its impact on employee performance in my place of work, the Department of Energy. I would like to compare our Human Resource Development Plan (HRDP) with other government agencies as part of my review of related literature hence I am respectfully requesting a copy of DSWD's HRDP for the years 2017 to 2019.
