Magandang araw po! Ako po si Maria Cecilia Mabunay, taga- 49 A Conchu St. Brgy Masagana Proj4 Q.C. Ang aking ina ay nakatira sa San Jose Occidental Mindoro. Siya po ay may chronic kidney failure at nangangailangan ng patuloy na peritoneal dialysis. Ako po ay nakabili ng kayang peritoneal dialysis solution at supplies ngunit hindi ko alam kung paano ko maipapadala sa aming probinsya dahil sa COVID Lock down. Hello Ms Myrna Reyes,

 Thank you po sa inyong reply. Ngayong COVID Lockdown, ang mga gamot at supplies na kailangan kong mapadala sa aking ina ay 27 Medium Boxes (10kg per box) - itong mga gamot at supplies na ito ay tatagal ng 35days. Mula Quezon City, ibabyahe papunta Batangas Port, Tapos Barko via Abra o Calapan. Tapos papuntang bayan ng San Jose Occidental Mindoro. 

Mam, tulungan nyo po ako kung anong ahensya dapat makipagugnayan upang mapadala ko ang mga gamot na ito. Ang aking ina ay mayroon na lamang gamot na tatagal hanggang April25. Mula sa araw na iyon, manganganib na ang kanyang buhay at maaaring ikamatay nya. Siya po ay dialyisis patient, ikamamatay niya ang tatlong araw na walang dialysis.

You requested information on the following: (1) How to Send Medicine Supply From Manila to San Jose, Occidental Mindoro for your mother undergoing Peritoneal Dialysis.

Response to your request

We understand that you have bought the medicines and just need to transport the said medicines for your mother who has chronic kidney disease before April 25 before she runs out of her medicine supply.

Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

However, you may contact the Department of Health for your concern. You may make another request via this portal. You may also contact them by telephone at 8711-1001 and 8711-1002 or via email at [email protected].
