Hi Good day Please let me know if it is possible to obtain the following records. 1. My Transcript of Records for school years 2005 - 2007 2. A copy of my diploma Asian Summit college closed on August 31 2020, I am hoping that my TOR & Diploma have been sent to the CHED. The TOR and diploma were never mentioned (after my first job) Now that Im looking for a new job, I need to submit my TOR and diploma. Appreciate you can help. Thanks, Neil Thank you,

Hi I able to spoke with CHED and advised me to contact TESDA. I was able to contact TESDA but unfortunately, my school did not handover any student records to them. would you be able to advise me what other option I have to obtain my degree certificate? Thanks, Neil
