how do i go about getting an OMB permit? which I need to have as a requirement for releasing my online purcahsed laptops held by UPS due to the OMB permit requirement. What are the requirements needed to have a successful permit application so I can prepare beforehand. Which agency/authority should I get in touch to submit the requiremnts for the application?
