Hi, Good Day! I'm complaining against Globe Telecom for customer service runabout. Dealing with concern for nearly 4 mos, used different channels to have a resolution because they are stealing speed against the new price they are offering to the market with the same price for a different speed. For example: up to 15 mbps for the price of 1899 pesos new market shows up to 30mbps for the price of 1899. I have dealing with these concern with them and no resolution. It seems they prioritize new clients and forgot their legacy customers. For me this is stealing or practice of bullying cx.
