OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on November 9, 2020 and was evaluated by DOLE-TABANG of OWWA-NCR as QUALIFIED on 02/04/2021. Your documents were endorsed to DOLE Regional Office-NCR on 02/05/2021 for the pay-out of benefits.
Follow-up with DOLE Regional Office NCR for the status of the payout of benefits for the OFW's Dependent to the DOLE-TABANG
