To whom it may concern, A pleasant afternoon. I request you to kindly provide us a data or percentage of the crime rate in Mania City since Mayor Isko started the Lighting Program. It was necessary for us, students of criminology, to know if this program lessens the crime rate in Manila City. The purpose of gathering this data is to add in our Case Study—one requirement for graduating criminology students. I’d appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Best, Noela Alayza
