Would it be possible to get the numbers of foreigners in each Barangay. If it is too much data to report on maybe the top 20 or 25 municipalities.

Hello, Thank you so much for considering my request and giving me an opportunity to clarify...
I was asked by my overseers to see if I could provide this information, our organization looks to find foreigners in Pangasinan and give them an opportunity to receive bible based literature in their own language, we also offer to study the Bible with them if they have questions. We have available material in 953 languages and offer our time and materials completely free, with no cost to the people we talk to. Many people we find are so grateful for having something to read in the language of their heart, so we feel motivated to share this with as many as possible.
If we knew how many foreigners lived in each barangay we could know where to focus more of our search efforts.

Dear Robert,
I refer to my letter of Jun 14, 2018 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for How many foreigners in each Barangay Pangasinan. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Sep 06, 2018.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
