I hope this email finds you well. I am currently doing a study on the projections on House Construction and part of the study is knowing the backlog (supply vs demand) of housing in the Philippines. I was able to get a copy of the research "ESTIMATED HOUSING NEEDS BASED ON 2010 CENSUS OF POPULATION AND HOUSING" presented in 2013 and I would like to know if there is a more updated study regarding this.
