This is a continuation of the request I filed with tracking number #PSA-877041492181 which was originally linked to this tracking number #PSA-690132481006. I can no longer respond to the threads given that you tagged my requests successful even though they were not.
I already called the division who is in charge of HSDV at the Department of Tourism last March 12, 2018 and according to them, PSA has not provided them with the final report or the puf. May I know if you provided them with the final report and the puf after March 12, 2018 so that I can communicate with the Department of Tourism.
