Hi, I would like to ask the status of House Bill 4113 and Senate Bill 1305 or the “105-Day Expanded Maternity Leave Law,”. The bicameral already ratified it last Nov 2018 according to latest news. I know that according to law, even if not signed by the president it will lapse into law after 30 days if there are no ammendments. My questions are: 1. When will the president sign it? 2. If it is not yet signed, is there anymore proposed ammendments after the 2nd ratification last Nov 2018? when will it lapse? Is it after 30 working days or calendar days? Thank you!
