Hi, Good day! I am Cymon Marcaida an independent researcher currently focused about the transportation system within Greater Manila Area. One of the areas that I am currently researching is identifying the passenger volume usage of the mass rapid transit systems within Metro Manila. This includes weather as I think it affects the number of passengers using the MRT 3. Therefore, I would like to formally request data on the hourly weather of each cities in Metro Manila from January 2015 to December 2018 as part of my research.

May 28, 2019 Dear Cymon, I refer to my letter of Mar 05, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Hourly weather of each city in Metro Manila. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request. As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of May 28, 2019.
