Hi, I would like to request the hourly (if possible) water levels of the main hydroelectric dams in Luzon as well as their full reserve capacity. Unfortunately, I would require the data ASAP (within 2 weeks) as well.

I forgot to mention this is for the period between January 1,2013 to December 31, 2018. The water level I mentioned would be what is the height of the water in meters (or feet) and the full reserve being the maximum level before the dam needs to open the spillways.

I refer to my letter of Nov 12, 2019 04:33:57 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Hourly Water Levels of hydroelectric dams in Luzon.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your request. Please be informed that our Dams Management Department has hourly water level data for the following dams:
1. Ambuklao Dam
2. Binga Dam
3. San Roque Dam
4. Angat Dam
5. Caliraya Dam
Also, we would like to clarify the details of the research where the data will be used. Once you have given us which of the above listed dam you would like us to provide you, the data will be available within two (2) working days. Please note that the charge for hydrological data is P1/day per station for data request from private individuals or companies. We can only provide the data for a 5 year period free of charge. Dear Mark Rommel,
I refer to my letter of Dec 16, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Hourly Water Levels of hydroelectric dams in Luzon. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Mar 09, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
