Good Day! I am humbly requesting access to the following information for my thesis:
1. Hourly Dry Bulb Temperature
2. Hourly Dew Point Temperature
- measurements for Luzon and Visayas for the Year 2019.
Please return to me immediately if copies of my thesis proposal or my project adviser's recommendation is required as I don't see any way of attaching said files aside from providing links or if there are any complications regarding my request.

Is there a way we can obtain the hourly temperatures? Our study specifically requires the hourly data for us to create a load forecasting model.

Dear Noel,
I refer to my letter of Feb 20, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Hourly Dry Bulb and Dew Point Temperature of Luzon and Visayas for the Year 2019. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of May 14, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
