Good day! I am an MS in Mechanical Engineering student, and I would like to request for the following climate data as part of my graduate-level research:
1) hourly temperature (degrees C)
2) hourly relative humidity (or related data such as dew point temperature, wet bulb temperature, etc.) (degrees C)
3) hourly weather condition as reported (e.g., fair, cloudy, sunny, rain, etc.)
4) hourly wind speed (m/s)
5) hourly precipitation (mm)
The preferred location for the requested data is in Manila, but any location within Metro Manila is sufficient in case of unavailability. Thank you so much.

In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jun 07, 2019.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
