Hi! I would like to request the following data for our research regarding the system dynamics of mental health facilities in the Philippines, specifically the National Center for Mental Health
1.) Number of admissions (in-patient) from 2000 - 2016
2.) Number of re-admissions (in-patient) from 2000-2016
3.) Number of discharges from 2000-2016
4.) Number of Outpatients managed 2000-2016

Dear Edward John,
I refer to my letter of Jan 27, 2017 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Hospital data at National Center for Mental Health. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Apr 21, 2017.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
