Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx. In addition, we wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated. For facilities within Metro Manila, please find the attached herein PCSO Advisory on how to request for Medical Assistance. For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
