Nais ko po sanang humingi ng tulong financial para po makabawas po kame hospital bill po ng papa ko. Nastroke po kase ang papa ko that time po wala po kameng mahanapan ng ICU kase kasagsagan po ng Virus, nagtry po kame humanap ng public ICU pero hindi po kame pinalad kaya po napunta kame sa private, gusto lang naman po namen gawin ang makakaya namen para mailigtas ang papa ko, pero po after 3 weeks namatay din po sya, nagkaron po kame ng 493 thousand na balance bill sa Ortigas Hospital sinikap po nameng makahulog kahit po papaano pero nawalan din pi kame ng trabaho, sana po matulungan nyo kame

You asked for Hospital bill Assistance.
Response to your request
We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated.
For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance.
For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
