The response to FOI Request #DOLE-345957637497 is inadequate. I asked if the company is legit or a scam, but I never got a straight answer.
If you look at their Facebook and LinkedIn pages, you can see that their staff are mostly Filipinos. If this company is not regulated by the DOLE, then that means they are not accountable for their actions. If they are not accountable, then that means they do not conform to the laws and that means not legit. So the more proper answer would be that this company is not legit, and that fellow Filipinos should beware.

Also, it looks like the person who answered the FOI deliberately misspelled the company name as Hopia.online. Do you not want others to find out if this company legit or not?
