Hi, I would like to request copy of my cousins birth certificate so we can know if she still need to validate her birth certificate result . Her name is Honeylyn Magsayo Diokno. Because she need a latest PSA birth certificate and still not validated.Thanks

May 4, 2020 Dear raphael pacturan, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 30, 2020 04:10:37 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Honeylyn Magsayo Diokno. Your FOI request is denied. We have replied to this twice last time that we do not validate availability of birth certificates due to Data Privacy Act. We hope for your understanding on this matter. You may request copy of her birth certificate via PSA Serbilis Outlets, however, please be informed that our PSA Serbilis Outlets and online application services located in areas identified to be extended on enhanced community quarantine shall remain closed to the transacting public until 15 May 2020. Meanwhile, CRS Outlets situated in areas classified under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) shall re-open and resume providing frontline services for the processing of PSA-issued documents beginning 04 May 2020 subject to the GCQ rules from the Office of the President. Moreover, CRS Outlets in these areas shall also begin to accept applications for PSA-issued documents thru Batch Requests System (BREQS) filed at Local Government Units (LGUs) and SM Business Centers.
