Dear Sir/Madam, Does the HOA BoD have the right to disallow short term rentals of of my home/property after advertising that I may lease out said property as vacation rental? The By Laws mention that rentals of our properties is allowed. The BoD has not changed the By Laws and they continue to advertise through their agent that "if, for some reason, you prefer not to live here, you may lease out your property as vacation rental." On this basis many of us purchased and built homes in this community. Clarification on this matter would be most appreciated. Sincerely, Eugenio de los Reyes
