September 17, 2020 Dear Mirasol Maligro, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 03, 2020 11:58:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your requested for list of person with Hold departure Order (HDO) within this month. Based on your request, we inform you that the Bureau grants issuance of a Certification of a person under the HDO, you may course your application through the Certification and Clearance Section (CCS) located at the ground floor of BI- Main Office, Intramuros, Manila, for proper guidance. Please note that requirements of Certificate of a person under the BI derogatory lists, as well as its related fees could be downloaded and viewed in the BI website (www.immigration.gov.ph). We hope we have addressed your concern. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
