I'm concerned about the rights of owning a property (condo units in particular) under Vista Land (developer) and hoping to obtain some historical input from the HLURB agency regarding the complaints/cases lodge against this developer.
These are the info I'd like to obtain:
1. Type of complaint
2. Resolution or outcome
3. Length the complaint got resolved (when lodged up to when resolved or whether it's still ongoing)
4. Laws cited/involved if possible
5. Lawyers or law agencies involved, if possible
PS: An e-copy of the information being requested is preferred.
