Hi! I am Lorenz Pasion from Rappler. I am currently doing a fact-check story regarding the Bay City reclamation project in Pasay. I'd like to know when the government started selling parcels of land in Bay City, and what year did SM buy the plot of land that soon became the Mall of Asia Complex. Thank you very much!
