Good day, My name is Paul Reyes a Research Analyst at the PCIC (Phil Crop Insurance Corp) and I am currently doing research on the historical effects of El Niño and Drought on the Philippine Agriculture Sector. Specifically, we would like to request the following parameters if available: • Cost of damage or the reduction in production, • Provinces affected • Area (in hectares) affected • The severity of the calamity (weak, moderate, strong, and very strong).
