Hi! I would like to request for information regarding: Historical data of traffic congestion in NCR (1980-present) Most updated year will do such as 2021. Monthly, quarterly, and annual data sets would be greatly appreciated for this document. I will be using the data for my thesis. Please let me know if you have any questions.
