Hello. I would like to ask about the historical data and information regarding the Old GSIS Building in Naga City, Camarines Sur. Information such as what year it was built, who designed it, floor plans and elevations, as well as, why it was abandoned, and whether the agency, GSIS, still owns the said building. I am proposing for the abandoned building to be reused under the conditions of Adaptive Reuse in architecture. Hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you!
