Good day! I am a forestry student at the University of the Philippines, Los BaƱos. I would like to request the following information on the historical climatic data of Laguna of at least 30 years:
1. Rainfall data (frequency and amount)
2. Temperature data (minimum, maximum, average)
3. Relative humidity (minimum, maximum, average)
4. Extreme events experienced (typhoons, droughts etc.)
5. Climatic Data based on Corona Classification System
6. If available, climate change predictions for the above climatic factors
The information listed above will be used for a laboratory exercise. Thank you

I refer to my letter of Dec 23, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Historical Climatic Data of Province of Laguna. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Mar 17, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
